About The Position
Westerfield Club, located in Tuscaloosa, AL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Concierge! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a local information source for members.
- Maintains expertise in club events, hours, and all other aspects of the club to ensure information accuracy.
- Assists the team in supplying Westerfield and Troon handouts, packets, and brochures.
- Assists members with various services, such as making dining reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
- Assists members with questions and concerns, makes suggestions, and identifies possible solutions.
- Answers all incoming calls to the member service desk.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Organizes and responds to all resumes and applications.
- Provides timely responses to all emails and contact forms.
- Performs other duties as required.
