The Concierge is a dual role that serves as the Pool/Gym Attendant and also provides clerical support by receiving, registering, and checking out resident packages, and providing Front Desk coverage as needed. The pool/gym functions include maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming pool & gym environment for residents and their guests. Front desk coverage includes managing all visitors’ operations and reception responsibilities. This includes professionally answering and routing calls, assisting with various administrative functions, including receiving and logging in packages. This role ensures compliance with condominium policies, safety regulations and health codes while providing excellent customer service. The days/shift for this role are Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues from 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have prior Front Desk Experience
  • Microsoft Office experience and data entry skills
  • Effective written and verbal skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Ability to remain alert and observant in a busy environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or pool/beach attendant role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of pool safety and sanitation standards; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone in a pleasant manner and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Greet and announce visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area and conference rooms.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and tenants.
  • Assist with mailings.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Follow visitor and guest check-in procedures (ID scan, BuildingLink entry, resident confirmation).
  • Work independently and maintain awareness of all amenity areas.
  • Communicate clearly with the supervisor and management about issues or supplies.
  • Monitor pool deck and surrounding areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks for amenities each day.
  • Set up and maintain pool furniture, umbrellas, and towels daily.
  • Provide assistance with towel service, shade adjustments, and resident requests.
  • Regularly check water levels, cleanliness, and report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately.
  • Remove trash and maintain overall tidiness of pool deck & gym.
  • Monitor pool & gym occupancy and report overcrowding or unsafe behavior.
  • Assist management and security in enforcing guest policies and responding to incidents or emergencies.
  • Support in coordinating resident poolside events or activities as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym areas, including wiping down equipment and re-racking weights.
  • Maintain adequate towel supply at the pool and spa by regularly washing, replenishing, and organizing during each shift.
  • Receive packages and register them in the system.
  • Generate a package report at the end of the shift.
