Then we want YOU to join the wild, whimsical world of Downtown Flavortown as our next Concierge of Fun! At Downtown Flavortown, we serve up more than food and games—we serve up experiences! We’re talkin’ larger-than-life eats, next-level arcade action, and vibes that are always off the charts. But every great guest experience starts at the front... with YOU.

Requirements

• Bring good vibes, fast feet, and a friendly face to every shift.
• Love talking to people and helping families have unforgettable days.
• Are 18+ with at least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Can stand on your feet, smile, and solve problems all at the same time.
• Know your way around a computer and a high-energy environment.
• Thrive on team spirit, positivity, and maybe a little bit of organized chaos.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Flavortown—greet guests with big smiles and bigger energy.
• Help families and friends get the party started with reservations and waitlist info.
• Be a Flavortown tour guide—know the answers, or know who to ask!
• Keep our welcome area clean, upbeat, and inviting (like your personality).
• Help create those "we’re never gonna forget this day!" moments.
• Handle guest challenges with patience, courtesy, and cool-headed confidence.
• Have FUN and help others do the same!
