Concierge VIP Lounge - Omaha Marriott Regency
About The Position
Create incredible memories for guests by building local contacts and staying informed about local events to provide guests with relevant information. Recommend activities and attractions both within the hotel and in the local area, with a particular focus on Instagrammable spots. Stay updated on services and attractions, influencing and guiding guests towards hotel amenities and services. Maintain an inviting and clean Concierge lounge, and provide food and beverage services, ensuring quality and presentation, while mixing drinks and adhering to responsible alcohol service laws.
Requirements
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Previous experience as a Concierge or prior experience with local events.
- Proven customer service skills, including ability to be resourceful and creative
- Strong business communication skills verbal and written
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
