About The Position

A Concierge & Valet Services Associate is a customer service professional who serves as the visible point person for a high-rise residential community. This role combines the traditional responsibilities of a concierge with valet service duties to provide a seamless, upscale experience for residents and guests. The associate is available to always assist, offering personalized support, local area expertise, and hands-on service.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong professional communication skills (phone, written, verbal).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle handling and safety protocols.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet operations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly.
  • Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
  • Maintain valet logs and ensure proper handling of keys.
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage or packages.
  • Receive and manage package deliveries at the front desk.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning pickup/drop-off and other personal errands.
  • Create reservations for building amenities.
  • Perform various administrative and managerial tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs related to concierge and valet services.
  • Provide directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and services in the surrounding area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
