Concierge Team Member – Online Chat Support Our Online Chat Support Team Members help create a great guest experience by assisting guests through Go High Level online chat, email, text, and phone calls. This role also supports the Concierge and Sales teams as needed. The Ideal Candidate: Has strong communication and customer service skills Is comfortable talking on the phone Works well independently and stays organized Is reliable, professional, and team-oriented Learns new technology platforms quickly Schedule: Training will take place during weekday shifts alongside the Sales Lead. Once trained, this position will primarily work weekends with weekday flexibility Expected schedule is approximately 30–40 hours per week
