As a Concierge Security Supervisor, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Your ability to lead your team is crucial to the successful operations of your site. Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification required
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Perform computer tasks
Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Answer questions in person or by phone
Supervise and support Security Guards during their assigned shifts
Train and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards and adherence to company policy
Assist with scheduling as needed
