Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality, fitness, or concierge environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to member issues.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
  • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional member experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, personalized service to Club Fitness members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional club experience.
  • Deliver a range of concierge services, including but not limited to, Personal Training bookings, membership updates, and billing.
  • Proactively manage and resolve member concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes while maintaining a positive club environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, communicating effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all club services, programs, and amenities to provide accurate information and recommendations to members.
  • Strive to exceed member expectations by providing personalized service and fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including updating member accounts, processing payments, and handling membership documentation.
  • Gather and report member feedback to the management team to help improve club services and member satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with club staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive member experience.
