About The Position
Emprime Solutions LLC is currently seeking professional and reliable Concierges to join our team in North Jersey. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while ensuring building security and providing excellent service.
Requirements
- Valid SORA License (Required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prior concierge or security experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
- Monitor and control access to the property
- Maintain visitor logs and incident reports
- Answer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct routine patrols (if required)
- Coordinate with property management and staff
- Ensure overall safety and security of the premises
