About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Supervisor for an office building. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will work with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. This position offers a set morning schedule (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, weekends required) and competitive pay. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role
2-4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, etc.
2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control
New York State Guard license required
