About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people at the front desk in our main office.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
STRONG Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Must have at least 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or a similar administrative or customer service role.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must maintain a business professional appearance
Must be able to work well with others
Must be able to multitask

Nice To Haves

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person or via email
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
Multitasking ability

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers
Manage access control
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
Prepare orientation materials and ensure new employees complete required paperwork.
Prepared hiring event materials, applications, and new hire packets.

Set schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 /hour
