About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer to join their team. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires working with people on all shifts and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Previous security experience (6 months - 1 year)
- Computer skills

Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Multitasking, answering calls, and watching CCTV
