About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. This entry-level role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will work with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, requiring a high focus on customer service.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school education or equivalent (GED).
Possession of or ability to obtain a PILB within 5 days of an offer.
Valid Driver's License.
Superior people skills.
At least 21 years of age.
Superior work ethic and integrity.
Ability to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.

Nice To Haves

1 year Security experience.
Military or Law Enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at the assigned location.
Present a physical deterrent by performing patrols on foot, by car, or other provided means.
Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats to ensure a safe experience.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.
