About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and engaging with people, focusing on customer service in various environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position offers a set schedule of 40 hours per week, Thursday through Monday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on the 1st shift. The site location is Carlsbad, CA. DailyPay is available for employees. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Nice To Haves

Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
Additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
