About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a corporate post in Portland, Oregon. This full-time role involves a set schedule with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Days), and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Graveyard), totaling 40 hours per week. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.90, with DailyPay available. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, engaging with people on all shifts in various environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
