This role focuses on customer service, building meaningful connections, and engaging with people on all shifts in various environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
3 or more years of Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience
MD Guard Card
At least 21 years of age or older
CPR/First Aid Certification
Phone skills and computer literacy
Successfully complete a 40-hour basic training course

Nice To Haves

Open availability for scheduling required for weekdays and weekends
Able to work mornings, evenings, and overnights
Flex schedule

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
