About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a driving post in West Palm Beach, Florida. The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access control, and answers questions in person or by phone. The role also involves patrolling, identifying risks, inspecting security equipment, reporting maintenance needs, responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams, documenting incidents, and helping protect people and property.

Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D license.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, as this is a driving post.
