About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join their team. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position involves working with people on all shifts.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during the hiring process)
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
