About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service. As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will work with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. We are looking for individuals with a natural ability to engage with others, reassure them, and inspire confidence.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
You have a state license if required

Nice To Haves

Prior corporate security, concierge, hospitality, or executive protection-adjacent experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable utilizing security technology, including video surveillance, access control, and visitor management systems.
Ability to successfully complete lab safety training and any required site-specific certifications
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
