About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and engaging with people on all shifts in various environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires a strong focus on customer service.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Valid Delaware security license or ability to obtain one
- 21 years of age or older
- At least 2 years of security supervisor experience
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with CCTV
- Experience with access control

- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
