About The Position

Concierge Security Guard GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Guard! Ready to represent GardaWorld? We're seeking experienced, detail driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance and leadership. As a Concierge Security Guard, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, responsible for lobby presence, access control and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgement and the professionalism expected of a senior officer.

Requirements

• Active Driver's License strongly preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, law-enforcement, or customer service experience (front desk, access control, or hospitality background a plus)
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
• Warm, professional customer service presence
• Proven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Hospitality experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk/lobby, greeting residents and guests with a professional, welcoming demeanor
• Monitor surveillance systems and building activity, identifying irregularities before they escalate
• Conduct ID and visitor verification with diplomacy and authority, maintaining accurate visitor logs
• Control building access, including issuing and tracking key fobs/parking passes as needed
• Receive, log, and manage resident packages and deliveries
• Perform interior and exterior patrols of the property, including amenity spaces and parking areas, to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Respond to resident concerns and maintenance requests, escalating to site leadership as appropriate
• Produce clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with property management to uphold GardaWorld's high standards of service
