About The Position

Concierge Security Guard position focused on customer service, working with people all shift in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role requires the ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in the ability to help them.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security license
• First aid certification - required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
