About The Position

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Waltham. The Concierge will be the front-facing representative for the building and its clients, upholding the client's appearance and culture while making guests feel welcomed and approachable. This role requires a professional appearance, remaining on post at all times, and possessing positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills. A service-oriented mindset is essential to make every guest feel valued. The position involves ensuring timely notification of serious incidents, basic computer knowledge, and maintaining effective communication with security personnel, keeping them updated on procedures, policies, or regulations. Additional duties may be assigned by the Client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience required.
Minimum of 1-year of Security experience required.
Neat and professional appearance.
Dependable means of transportation.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
