About The Position

Private Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its growing Miami Beach team. The role provides adult primary care nursing in a personable, non-hospital environment without insurance- or institution-driven time and volume requirements. The nurse will build lasting relationships with patients and work closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and other team members, with success measured by high-quality care and service rather than patient volume. The position is based in Miami Beach, near Lincoln Road, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week excluding lunch, during traditional business hours. Starting January 1, 2027, staff positions will be classified as hourly, non-exempt. The stated hourly rate is $62.50–$67.30, based on years of experience. Relocation assistance is available to out-of-state candidates. Private Medical is a privately held, physician-led organization operating in California, New York, and Florida. It provides relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care in collaboration with gynecologists, naturopathic medicine doctors, local specialists, medical centers, and specialists around the world.
