About The Position

The Ridge Pinehurst is seeking a qualified PRN Concierge / Receptionist to be the welcoming first face or voice and brand ambassador to residents, families, and visitors when they arrive at The Ridge Senior Living. This role is for on-call/per diem shifts and is not a full-time position. The ideal candidate is dedicated, hardworking, friendly, and finds joy in making a difference in someone's life.

Minimum two years of experience in a related position.
High School education is required.

Nice To Haves

Receptionist/Front desk experience is preferred.
Experience in long-term care industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors seeking information about the property and be responsive to their needs.
Ensure residents, team members, family members, visitors, and vendors follow all community communicable disease protocols, including recording temperatures.
Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
Arrange for tours of the property for spontaneous visits or scheduled appointments.
Answer telephones, record and channel information, direct calls, and relay messages professionally.
Display knowledge of services, programs, and pertinent information regarding the property.
Manage the mail meter, stamps, making copies, and other office operations tasks.
Process incoming mail and packages and distribute mail to appropriate mailboxes.
Other duties as assigned.
