Concierge Primary Care RN (Registered Nurse, Outpatient) at Private Medical in Greenwich, Connecticut. Requirements
- Active Connecticut RN license & BLS certification
- Minimum of three (3) years as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to harness independence and autonomy, as well as work seamlessly as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends, if necessary
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Sound clinical and personal judgment and professional demeanor
- Proven leader with a track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
- Advanced computer literacy, primarily with Apple products

Responsibilities
- Provide world-class, comprehensive, customized nursing care to patients, including office appointments and house calls.
- Work closely with teams of doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure optimal patient health and satisfaction.
- Prepare for and execute all-inclusive visits to patients’ homes and offices.
- Perform blood draws, IV therapies, therapeutic phlebotomy, and routine and travel vaccinations.
- Correspond directly with patients to foster trust and reliability.
- Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies worldwide.
- Document all therapies, procedures, medications, and clinically relevant patient interactions in the electronic medical record.
