Requirements

  • Active Connecticut RN license & BLS certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to harness independence and autonomy, as well as work seamlessly as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends, if necessary
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Sound clinical and personal judgment and professional demeanor
  • Proven leader with a track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
  • Advanced computer literacy, primarily with Apple products

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class, comprehensive, customized nursing care to patients, including office appointments and house calls.
  • Work closely with teams of doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure optimal patient health and satisfaction.
  • Prepare for and execute all-inclusive visits to patients’ homes and offices.
  • Perform blood draws, IV therapies, therapeutic phlebotomy, and routine and travel vaccinations.
  • Correspond directly with patients to foster trust and reliability.
  • Coordinate prescriptions and refills with pharmacies worldwide.
  • Document all therapies, procedures, medications, and clinically relevant patient interactions in the electronic medical record.
