Brown Health Medical Group is seeking primary care physicians interested in concierge or personalized care models. This is a unique opportunity to bring your high-touch, relationship-based approach to a progressive, team-oriented organization that values innovation, access, and physician fulfillment. This new service model combines our collaborative culture and team-based model to deliver exceptional personalized care. This position can be in either East Greenwich or Cranston, RI.

Requirements

• Primary care physician.
• Interest in concierge or personalized care models.

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.

• Academic appointment to Brown University for those interested in teaching and mentorship.
• Experience in geriatrics, obesity medicine, LGBTQ+ care, integrative medicine, or office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, relationship-based primary care.
• Manage a smaller patient panel to support deeper relationships and continuity of care.
• Conduct extended appointment times for comprehensive visits and wellness planning.
• Participate in very light call by phone.
• Provide optional 24/7 patient access via secure messaging or phone for concierge patients.
• Perform annual executive physicals and develop personalized health plans.
• Develop specialty interests such as geriatrics, obesity medicine, LGBTQ+ care, integrative medicine, and office-based procedures.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship if an academic appointment to Brown University is pursued.
• Utilize Epic EMR with ongoing optimization and support.
• Serve a diverse patient population across cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Take advantage of dedicated practice support.
• Participate in leadership and innovation opportunities.
