About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Have a state license if required

• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
