About The Position

Concierge LVN Home Health provides high-quality skilled care to the elderly and disabled. This role involves working alongside a team that cares for each other and clients, making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities through vibrant personality and skills.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a licensed vocational nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Valid California driver's license and car insurance
• Cell phone with internet access

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
• Education on client's diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and managing chronic conditions
• Highly organized at providing and documenting care

• Hourly Rate: $35-$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
