Your role as a Concierge - Front Desk Weekend As the Concierge at the Front Desk on weekends, you will be the welcoming face of The Ivy of McKinney. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting residents and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless entry experience. You'll manage phone calls, answering inquiries with a professional touch, and directing requests to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you'll assist with coordinating activities and events, providing residents with information about daily happenings, and offering personalized assistance as needed. Monitoring security and maintaining a safe environment for all will also be part of your routine. By effectively communicating with both residents and staff, you will ensure a smooth flow of information, embodying the compassionate care that our community values. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
