About The Position

As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.

Requirements

Previous hospitality, concierge, lounge attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
Keep the lounge clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
Assist guests with local recommendations, dining reservations, transportation, and hotel services.
Answer guest questions and fulfill special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
