About The Position

Breakthrough Healthcare is redefining senior care in Maryland Heights by blending high-end hospitality with clinical excellence. We are looking for a Concierge Client Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our agency. You will not just be managing tasks; you will be the primary advocate for our clients and the leader of our caregiving team. This position requires someone who can seamlessly transition between building relationships in the community and auditing complex operational data.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with the "nuts and bolts" of healthcare, including payroll systems, EVV compliance, and state regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of "concierge" service, including anticipating needs and maintaining a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Proven track record of managing people, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Takes responsibility for outcomes, ensuring shifts are filled and documentation is corrected.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrating new wellness technologies (such as red-light therapy and VR for seniors) into care models.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for families, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring service interactions meet "resort-inspired" standards.
  • Conduct regular in-person supervisory visits to ensure client wellness and satisfaction.
  • Oversee caregiver scheduling, including filling shift gaps immediately, monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance, and ensuring accurate tracking of authorized hours.
  • Assist in auditing payroll and billing to ensure zero financial discrepancies.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new caregivers.
  • Serve as a supervisor for caregivers, providing guidance, conducting performance follow-ups, reinforcing culture, and leading initiatives to improve retention and morale.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of new client intake, from initial assessment and care plan creation to staff onboarding.
  • Represent Breakthrough Healthcare in the community and build partnerships with referral sources to expand the agency's footprint.
