This position is responsible for assisting hotel guests with their needs in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Creates a welcoming and inviting concierge lounge by providing superior service to guests. Responsible for set-up, maintenance and take-down of the concierge lounge and food and beverage station, including adherence to health regulations. Follows CSM high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
