Responsibilities
- Serve as the knowledgeable and friendly guide for hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Offer information on local attractions, make reservations, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Report to the Concierge Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
