Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach
  • Manage visitor registration, check-ins, and meeting coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front-of-office needs
  • Deliver personalized service by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas
  • Conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services
  • Utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently
  • Track guest preferences and create thoughtful, memorable interactions
  • Continuously look for ways to elevate the overall workplace experience
