About The Position

The Stately Avondale is seeking a Concierge/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in creating an inspiring and inclusive experience for guests and residents. The position involves supporting the leasing and management team, managing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and safety within the premises.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Concierge with 2 + years of related experience or equivalent
  • Strong customer service direction while presenting a positive and professional image.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral communication skills required
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
  • Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills, and an excellent attention to detail
  • A desire to take initiative and a strong sense of self-motivation, while also being highly collaborative and team oriented
  • Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word, and Excel with HRIS experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Background and credit check, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the leasing & management team with answering phones, booking tours, & following up with prospects.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist and effectively communicate with guests, residents, and team members to coordinate services and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Manage and fulfill requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
  • Stay informed about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and other points of interest to provide recommendations to guests or residents.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or residents promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises (access doors mainly), which helps ensure the safety and security of all guests or residents.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and service requests using the property PMS system. ex: work orders
  • Prepare and distribute relevant information to guests, residents, and team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about property services and updates.
