About The Position
Silverspot Cinema is looking for energetic, friendly individuals who love movies and are great with people to serve snacks and smiles at their concession stand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service skills and a team player attitude
- Friendly, upbeat demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs during shifts
- Detail-oriented and fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Greet guests like a red-carpet VIP
- Take orders and serve up snacks, drinks, and desserts
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Upsell tasty treats and check IDs for alcohol sales
- Keep things stocked, clean, and sparkling
