About The Position

Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Part Time Concessions Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role provides direction to 5-50 concession employees and oversees all facets of stand operations and implementation of company policies during an event.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basic working knowledge of Concession/Cafeteria Operations
Basic working knowledge of Cash Handling Procedures
Must be ServSafe Certified
Must have Alcohol Training Certification
Ability to interact with customers and coworkers to assure compliance with company service standards
Ability to observe customers for determining whether service of alcohol is appropriate considering local ABC laws
Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must have professional appearance and attitude
Must be at least 18 years old
Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
Able to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, up and down stairs up to 400 feet about 4 times per shift

Responsibilities

Verify inventories prior to an event in each stand in assigned area
Complete administrative paperwork
Assist stand managers in solving any problems
Ensure each stand in assigned area complies with all company policies and procedures, safety, sanitation and liquor laws
Ensure customer service, proper inventory control, cash control, food production, set up, clean up and compliance of all company rules and policies
Work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation and alcoholic beverage laws
Ensure state and local health requirements are met for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers
Reports directly to Concessions Manager
Assists with opening, closing and employee check in duties
