About The Position

This position involves selling concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events. Responsibilities also include stocking locations, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.

Requirements

Must be a student.
Ability to perform sales transactions accurately.
Ability to accept acceptable forms of payment and issue receipts.
Ability to follow standard procedures for point of sale transactions.
Ability to stock locations according to menu and projections.
Ability to replenish condiments and general supplies.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of concession area.
Ability to ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service.
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor.
Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion. Enters sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
Accepts acceptable forms of payment and issues receipts to customers. Follows standard procedures for point of sale transactions.
Stocks locations according to menu and projections from upcoming events.
Performs other duties such as replenishing condiments and general supplies and maintaining cleanliness concession area.
Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
