This role involves working in the food concessions area, providing customers with excellent service and products to enhance their Venue experience. The Concessions Staff will serve food, beverages, and concessions in a concert hall environment, communicating with and working alongside kitchen staff and management to ensure the line is adequately stocked. Responsibilities include performing opening, running, and closing duties according to Service Standards, responding courteously to guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
