About The Position

As a Concessions Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a great guest experience at our brand-new Edible Arrangements and Roti Modern Mediterranean stands inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting both cold and hot food concepts—helping prep, sell, and serve delicious, high-quality products to fans. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with a team, and thrives in high-energy game day settings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Availability required for nights, weekends, and stadium event shifts.
Previous experience in food service, customer service, or as a cashier is preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, including concession or stadium settings.
Comfortable supporting both Edible & Roti brands and rotating between food prep, customer interaction, and cashier duties.
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction through high-quality customer service.
Dependable and punctual, with a track record of accountability in hourly or part-time roles.
Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to game day operations and live event environments.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food and beverage items for both Edible (cold) and Roti (hot) offerings.
Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
Assist with opening, stocking, and setup before events.
Assist with receiving and stocking food deliveries, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
Label, date, and rotate inventory using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method to ensure freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, carts, and equipment.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and stadium policies and procedures.
Support smooth closing operations, including breakdowns, cleaning, and inventory counts.
Flex between Edible and Roti stands as needed, based on event flow.
