About The Position

Stocks and cleans each AVA food and beverage outlet and maintains inventory throughout each event

Requirements

• Knowledge and compliance with all food and beverage, health, liquor and safety regulations per local applicable laws.
• Skill in working courteously with the public as well as developing and maintaining good working relationships.
• Must be able to push or pull loaded carts with up to 300 pounds of cargo.
• Must be able to walk and stand for at least eight (8) hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) pounds at one time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Ability to detect and correct problems with draught systems.
• Must present a clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated track record of providing excellent guest service.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, special events, and overtime, as needed.
• Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Awareness certificate within ninety (90) days of employment.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain a valid non-gaming badge.

Nice To Haves

• 3-6 months food and beverage experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverage requisitions to AVA outlets.
• Restocks each outlet as needed during events.
• Bags ice prior to events and stocks ice freezers as needed.
• Monitors CO2 levels at each outlet and changes as needed.
• Transports all unused items to proper storage areas as the end of each event.
• Complies with all guest service standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
