About The Position
This role ensures that concessions locations are stocked with product and assists leads/supervisors with assigned duties. Requirements
- Must be able to prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts.
- Must be able to perform general cleaning duties.
- Must be able to provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
- Must be able to inventory and restock supplies and food products.
- Must be able to serve hot and cold items to customers.
- Must be able to set up items for purchase on a daily basis.
- Must be able to keep refrigerators stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
- Must be able to stock pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis.
- Must be able to record replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit.
- Must be able to record refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
- Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
Responsibilities
- Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders
- Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
- Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
- Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
- Serves hot and cold items to customers.
- Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.
- Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
- Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
