The Branson Convention Center has an excellent and immediate openings for part-time, on-call Concessions Attendants. Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic working knowledge of food and beverages
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • Basic food preparation skills

  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
  • Positive customer service-oriented attitude always
  • Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift
  • Must be able to lift 55lbs
  • Must speak and understand English.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains rules and regulations of Legends Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
  • Maintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations.
  • Set up and break down of assigned Concessions stand or cart
  • Handles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy
  • Completes all assigned paperwork appropriately
  • Basic food preparation
  • Serve customers with food orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
  • Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain Concession stands
  • If serving alcohol, must have SMART license.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
