The Branson Convention Center has an excellent and immediate openings for part-time, on-call Concessions Attendants. Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Basic working knowledge of food and beverages
Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
Basic food preparation skills
Positive attitude and neat appearance
Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
Positive customer service-oriented attitude always
Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift
Must be able to lift 55lbs
Must speak and understand English.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Maintains rules and regulations of Legends Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
Maintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations.
Set up and break down of assigned Concessions stand or cart
Handles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy
Completes all assigned paperwork appropriately
Basic food preparation
Serve customers with food orders in a timely manner
Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times
Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.
Clean and maintain Concession stands
If serving alcohol, must have SMART license.
Perform other duties as assigned
