About The Position

As our Concessions Attendant , you will work as the central resource to our quick-service food operations. Your responsibilities revolve around the service of our guests with genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy. This position has the unique opportunity to wear several hats within the world of Food & Beverage and is integral to our program’s success. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
Flexibility to work events during non-business hours
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

6 months previous food and beverage experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest
Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings in accordance with established standards
Demonstrate knowledge of menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines
Operate cash register and receive payment in cash or credit card while accurately counting and providing change for guests when applicable
Prepare food and beverage throughout the day as needed by anticipating and reacting to guest volume
Work neatly and safely under the sanitary guidelines of the Health Department Rules and Regulations
Follow recipes accurately while maintaining food and beverage preparation process
Complete food and beverage preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
Perform shift opening/closing/side work duties as assigned
Stock and replenish food, beverage, paper products, and utensils as needed
Clean, sanitize, and maintain amenities, per sanitation guidelines
Follow sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day
Set up/break down events and resort functions
