About The Position
FMC Ice Sports, a leader in ice sport facility management, is seeking a Concessions Attendant. This role involves working the POS system, taking customer orders, managing inventory, and preparing various food items. The attendant will ensure the cleanliness, product quality, customer service, and safety of the concession stand, collaborating with supervisors to enhance efficiency and service quality. Employees are expected to maintain excellent attendance and work an event-based schedule.
Requirements
- Detail oriented, communicative and ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service
Responsibilities
- Performs opening and closing procedures for each shift according to training.
- Follows proper policy and procedure in accordance with food safety and FMC standards.
- Verifies and communicates proper inventory levels to the supervisor.
- Interacts with staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Cooks various food items.
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Assists in other areas in the Concession department as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation as directed by the supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager.
