About The Position
The Concessionaire role handles all aspects of our onboard and standalone concessions services, offering guests food, beverages, souvenirs, and other for-purchase items.
Requirements
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to interact in a friendly, energetic manner with customers
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating cash registers and point of sales systems a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with the highest degree of customer service in beverage, food and merchandise purchases
- Regularly restock inventory throughout and after shift
- Meet sales goals, as established by the Lead Concessionaire and Concessions/Retail Manager
