About The Position

This position combines Guest service interaction, cash handling and some basic culinary skills. The ability to work in a fast pace environment is required. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Including but not limited to Gaming work card, Clark County Health Card, and Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions and operate a point of sales terminal.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to all Board of Health food handling requirements.
• Must possess good basic mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to all Board of Health food handling requirements.
• With minimal training, perform basic food preparation functions in a fast food environment.
• Follow all specified food and beverage product standards including recipe, portions and plating specifications.
