About The Position

This position combines Guest service interaction, cash handling and some basic culinary skills. The ability to work in a fast pace environment is required. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision making.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards for the jurisdiction in which the property is located (e.g., Gaming work card, Clark County Health Card, and Alcohol Awareness Card).
• Adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions and operate a point of sales terminal.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to all Board of Health food handling requirements.
• With minimal training, be able to perform basic food preparation functions in a fast food environment.
• Must possess good basic mathematics skills.
• Will be required to follow all specified food and beverage product standards including recipe, portions and plating specifications.
