About The Position

The Concession Stand Worker provides food preparation, cashier, stocking, cleaning, and customer-service support for PYB concession operations. Stand Workers are scheduled according to attendance and event demand.

Requirements

Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Completion of a successful background check clearance and I-9 verification.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately.
Operate the POS system and process cash and electronic payments.
Prepare and serve approved concession menu items.
Follow established recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
Maintain appropriate food temperatures and food-safety procedures.
Restock food, beverages, condiments, utensils, packaging, and supplies.
Maintain clean counters, equipment, refrigerators, preparation areas, and customer-service areas.
Wash and sanitize equipment and food-contact surfaces.
Follow proper handwashing, glove-use, and sanitation procedures.
Rotate products using proper FIFO procedures.
Check product dates and notify management of expired or damaged products.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when assigned.
Communicate low inventory or product shortages to the Supervisor or Manager.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Remove trash and maintain clean work areas.
Follow instructions provided by the Concessions Supervisor or Concession Manager.
Provide additional support during tournaments and high-volume events.
